We have been Invaded by slimy stinky snails…. And When I say we have been invaded I mean they are everywhere, crawling on the fence, the house, poor Roxie even had one on her back the other night.

I am wondering what is the snails purposes in life? So far the only thing we have seen them eat is each other. Did I mention they are cannibals… So gross! We have been trying to find away to get rid of them but Snail bait is extremely lethal to small animals so there will be non of that here… However salt does do the trick you have to pour it right on them, but it works.
Poor Snail has no idea what's about to happen.
Foaming…. and starting to stink!

I'm so glad you've found a solution to your snail problem. I'm sure Roxie is glad, too. And if I had to choose between snails and grasshoppers, I think I'd pick snails!
I was looking on line and there is a products called Sluggo that is safe for pets, animals and placts. they are so creepy. I have a few as well.
My mom has snails also. I hope you can get rid of them.
I have heard a lot of people saying how bad the snails are this year...maybe because of our wet spring, but gross. Good luck with getting rid of them! can you have your house sprayed? Yuck again!
LOL This is a great post! Made me laugh the whole time! Poor snails, I can't imagine that being a good way to die. Did you leave it there maybe it would scare the other snails off! Seeing their snail brother all full of salt.
