Marshmallow Mattes to the Rescue!

I am so behind on blogging and have way more important things to blog about than this, but I came across these pictures (from a few months back) and they  made me giggle… Kevin is often drawn to these packaged meals, I think he thinks they will be quick and easy after work. Usually I am able to convince him not to buy them but this one he wanted to try…

Can I just say this thing was NASTY… as it was cooking my house had a funk! And yes there was a funky green tint to it, needless to say this thing went right into the trash.
